Role: Marketing Transformation Consultant

Rate: £600 p/d Outside IR35

Location: Bristol HQ – Hybrid Model

Duration: 2 months initial with extensions likely

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Campaign Transformation Consultant to redesign and embed a structured, scalable campaign governance framework. This is not an advisory role; we need someone to build the machinery, set the SLAs, and ensure the model is adopted across the floor.

Responsibilities:

Root-cause the current delays and design a clear, end-to-end campaign operating model.
Implement a robust briefing and planning process that prioritizes fixed go-live dates and high-quality output.
Define clear decision rights, milestones, and approval levels to eliminate ambiguity.
Develop a "balanced" compliance workflow that ensures early-stage involvement without sacrificing creative impact.
Implement SLAs across all teams, formal risk escalation protocols, and a visible "Critical Path" tracking framework.
Move beyond documentation by embedding the model through live campaign pilots.

Experience Required:

A proven track record of transforming Marketing Operations in teams of 50+.
Deep knowledge of portfolio management and stage-gated delivery.
Experience in Financial Services (or similar regulated sectors) is highly preferred; you must speak the language of compliance.
The ability to challenge constructively at the leadership level while driving adoption on the ground.
You deliver frameworks that actually work in practice, not just in slide decks.
