Junior Human Resources Business Partner

Tasks

Work closely with the local team on people-related topics across various aspects such as talent management, employee relations, training and development, conflict management, organizational development as well as support payroll and other HR processes when required
Work with the Head of HR for France & BENELUX in establishing and driving HR initiatives forward within specific company functions, while always ensuring they align with the company's and the group’s business objectives
Partner with senior leadership to provide HR policy guidance on practices within Benelux, in order to support the strategic growth of the business
Work with local managers and partners to conduct performance management meetings and assist in identifying and defining training needs for teams and individuals
Develop people strategies and design approaches for enhancing organizational effectiveness, employee satisfaction and analyse HR trends and metrics in order to create various HR Reports as needed by the business
Collaborate with other HR teams to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top results for the business

Qualifications

At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management or other relevant field of studies
Previous experience or internship working in the Human Resources department will be highly regarded
Excellent Stakeholder Management and Communication skills as well as knowledge of Benelux Labour regulations
Good understanding of HR functions and best practices
Fluent in Dutch and English, French would be a plus
Organized, detail-oriented, with solid reporting skill, proactive, flexible, and willing to work in an international context
