Job Specifications

We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Business Analyst to support a large-scale Operational Technology (OT) and Cyber Security transformation programme within a complex manufacturing environment.

This role sits at the intersection of OT, cyber security, and engineering, helping shape and deliver secure, scalable technology solutions across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyse, and document functional and non-functional requirements for OT technology and security solutions.
Assess existing OT tools, processes, and workflows to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
Support solution evaluation, pilots, and site rollouts to ensure effective adoption.
Develop RFP and procurement documentation and support supplier assessments.
Translate regulatory and risk requirements into actionable delivery artefacts.
Produce high-quality documentation, including process flows, specifications, and operational procedures.
Facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders across Engineering, Supply Chain, OT, and Cyber functions.

Skills & Experience

Proven Business Analysis experience within OT, industrial, or manufacturing environments.
Understanding of OT systems (eg, SCADA, PLCs, HMI, MES, DCS).
Knowledge of security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, IEC 62443, or CIS.
Strong analytical mindset with experience identifying gaps and driving process improvement.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Experience working in complex, federated, or Matrix environments.
