We're building VideoOS — the operating system for video marketing. Think of us as the tool that makes every marketer and founder look like they have a full video team behind them. We're a small, design-obsessed team moving fast — and all three of our founders make videos ourselves. We're not outsourcing this. We want someone to come in and help us make more, and make it better.

The Role

You'll own video end-to-end — from idea to filming to editing to publishing. No handoffs, no waiting on someone else. You'll show up, point the camera at yourself, and make content that actually gets watched on YouTube and TikTok/Reels.

Half your job is thinking (what should we make and why), half is doing (go make it). This is a rare chance to build creator content at a company that makes a video product — you'll understand the craft from both sides.

What You'll Do

Develop video concepts and help shape our content strategy
Film, self-direct, and edit your own videos — soup to nuts
Own and grow our presence on YouTube and TikTok/Reels
Test formats, track what's working, and iterate fast
Use Jupitrr's own tools as a power user and give us real product feedback

You'd Be a Great Fit If You...

You're a natural when it comes to filming yourself
Can film, direct, and edit yourself without needing a crew
Curious about how and why content works — and love going down the rabbit hole
Are scrappy and self-directed — you don't wait to be told what to film
Want real startup experience building something from the ground up

Nice to Have

A social account, YouTube channel, or anything that shows what you've made
Familiarity with recording and editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, or whatever you use)
Interest in AI, SaaS, or creator tools

How it works

Flexible ~10 hrs/week over 3 months, hybrid in Downtown Vancouver
This is an internship role, open for university students/ new grads/who aspire to transition into content marketing.
Potential to transition into a paid contract role based on performance
