Cyber IoT Program Manager

Charlotte, NC | Phoenix, AZ | Dallas, TX

Hybrid (3 days onsite, flexible scheduling)

Contract: 9 Months

$60-$70 an hour

We are seeking an experienced Cyber IoT Program Manager with strong technical expertise in IoT/OT environments and cybersecurity to lead a high-impact Cyber IoT initiative from planning through execution. This role requires a strategic technical leader who can drive complex programs while partnering closely with security, infrastructure, and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a Cyber IoT/OT program end-to-end

• Oversee cybersecurity initiatives focused on IoT and operational technology environments

• Coordinate cross-functional teams across security, infrastructure, and operations

• Manage vulnerability management efforts including patching, scanning, detection, and asset discovery

• Develop program roadmaps, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies

• Provide program updates and reporting with executive-level visibility

Qualifications:

• Strong background in Cybersecurity

• Deep experience working in IoT/OT security environments

• Proven track record leading large-scale technical programs end-to-end

• Experience with vulnerability management, patching, scanning, detection, and asset discovery

• Strong understanding of network security principles
