Senior Full Stack Engineer – High-Impact Product Work (Fintech)

NYC (Hybrid 2x/week) | Up to ~$240,000 base + strong equity

I’m hiring a full stack engineer for a high-growth NYC fintech, building the tools that help banks and startups make critical decisions around fraud, risk, and customer onboarding.

This team owns the core platform powering human review workflows - when automation isn’t enough. You’ll be shipping high-usage, high-trust features end-to-end: surfacing context, guiding decisions, and helping protect millions of users from fraud.

You’ll be working with a tight-knit team (~8 senior engineers) and a modern TypeScript stack: React, Node, Postgres, AWS.

What You’ll Do

Build product features used daily by fraud/risk teams at 600+ banks and fintechs

Lead full-stack projects that span frontend UX, backend services, and platform reliability

Collaborate closely with design, product and engineering guilds (e.g. security, observability)

Help shape the architecture of tools that power decision-making at scale

You might be a fit if you…

Have strong experience with TypeScript, React and/or Node.js
