The Opportunity:

Liberty is an icon of British design; we are looking for a visionary Head of Brand Marketing to drive the global equity and commercial growth of Liberty’s own-brand categories—including Ready-to-Wear, Home, Accessories, and Jewellery—alongside our world-renowned B2B Liberty Fabrics business.

This is a career-defining role for a strategist who can bridge the gap between 150 years of artistry and a disruptive, global future.

The Role:

As the Brand Champion, you will own the brand strategy, positioning, and holistic execution across all touchpoints. You will be responsible for translating the heritage of our prints and products into multi-channel marketing strategies that deliver both B2C and B2B objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy: Define the roadmap for categories, geographies, and channel priorities. You will ensure Liberty’s position remains luxury, distinctive, and aligned with our "disruptive spirit."
Insights-Driven Growth: Collaborate with Product Directors to feed customer and market insights into the development cycle, ensuring every new launch is commercially viable and brand-right.
Campaign Leadership: Lead high-impact marketing plans across PR, influencers, events, and social media, leveraging data and segmentation to drive targeted B2C engagement.
B2B Fabrics Acceleration: Develop a dedicated strategy to grow the Liberty Fabrics business globally, targeting designers and manufacturers in partnership with our International Sales teams.
Trade Authority: Oversee our digital B2B engagement and ensure Liberty’s presence at international trade shows is impactful and lead-generating.
Content Excellence: Lead the creation of all assets used across global touchpoints to tell the Liberty story with consistency and flair.

Who You Are:

You are a seasoned brand builder with a track record of scaling luxury or premium brands internationally. You know how to balance the "magic" of creative storytelling with the "logic" of commercial data.

10+ years of senior marketing experience, ideally within the luxury sector.
You can zoom out to set a 3-year vision and zoom in to ensure campaign execution is flawless.
You have deep experience in PR, influencer landscapes, and data-led digital marketing.
You understand the nuances of marketing to a retail consumer vs. a professional wholesale partner.
A proven track record of managing high-performing teams and collaborating across complex business functions.
