Role: Mulesoft Architect

Duration: 6+ months

Location: Remote with some Travel to Montreal, QC

Required Skills & Experience:

MuleSoft Expertise: 10+ years of deep, hands-on experience in MuleSoft architecture and development.

Integration Stack: Proven proficiency with Kafka and WebLogic in an enterprise environment.

Global Delivery: Significant experience working in a global model, specifically managing offshore teams.

Salesforce Ecosystem: Strong understanding of Salesforce integration patterns and best practices.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a "seasoned" professional presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership: Serve as the primary technical authority for MuleSoft integration architecture and Salesforce connectivity.

Team Management: Lead and mentor a global delivery team, including direct oversight of offshore development resources to ensure high-quality output.

End-to-End Delivery: Own the technical roadmap from design to deployment, ensuring all integration milestones are met on time.

Stakeholder Management: Act as the bridge between technical teams and client leadership, communicating complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

System Reliability: Oversee integration technologies, including Kafka and WebLogic, to ensure stable, scalable enterprise performance.
