Responsibilities:

Leads the establishment and delivery of MA&D Projects to deliver the required Tech & Data end-state for Mergers, Acquisitions, Divestitures
Works with senior Business and Tech stakeholders to put in place the required project governance and ensure the fit with MA&D Tech & Data Office process and governance
Scopes MA&D projects to drive clear Tech requirements and deliverables
Develops the appropriate plans, timelines, and budgets to meet project requirements whilst adhering to client standards and guidelines
Leads delivery against these plans with active management of the key risks, issues, and dependencies
Delivers reporting and communications as part of an active leadership of the project
Tracks and manages the project’s budgets with corrective actions against budget variances and forecasts
Actively manages project controls, raising change controls where necessary
Hold project team meetings, engage and manage team members from multiple organizations, vendors and subcontractors, obtain vendor/subcontractor quotes, engage vendors/subcontractors and release project team resources
Ensures compliance with all required regulatory, control and quality management processes.

Experience:

15+ years’ project and program management experience with a thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
Experience of delivering MA&D projects within a Pharmaceuticals/Life Sciences customer context
Experience of delivering projects relating to Tech Services such as LAN, WAN, Hosting and VOIP. OT (Operational Technology) exposure would be desirable
Experience of navigating distributed delivery models at large enterprises and vendors spanning geographical boundaries and time zones.
