We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive enterprise-wide data strategy within the Cyber Third Party, Resilience & Fusion (CTPR) function.

This role will drive the transformation toward a unified and scalable data management, governance, and analytics framework by consolidating multiple data repositories, analytic platforms, and operational processes. The ideal candidate will combine strong program leadership with hands-on expertise in data strategy design, cyber security environments, and modern data platforms.

Required Qualifications & Skills

10+ years of experience as a Program Manager leading enterprise-scale initiatives.
Proven experience designing and implementing data strategy programs.
Strong background in Cyber Security environments.
Deep technical expertise in modern data platforms (Azure, Databricks, Data Lakes/Warehouses, Sentinel, Power BI).
Strong understanding of data governance, architecture frameworks, and data enablement best practices.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex data concepts into clear, actionable plans.
Experience with production processes, cost management, and quality control in data programs.
Proven change management experience in large transformation initiatives.
Strong business acumen in strategic planning, resource allocation, and operational modeling.

Nice to Have

Advanced certifications in Program/Project Management (e.g., PMP), Data Management, or Cyber Security.
Experience in Banking or Financial Services.
Experience working within CIBC or similar enterprise banking environments.
Background in large-scale data consolidation initiatives in financial or cyber security domains.
