Job Specifications
The consultant will drive the adoption of modern delivery practices and help transition teams toward data‑driven, transparent and cooperative ways of working using the Atlassian ecosystem (Jira, Confluence, Xray).
Tasks & Responsibilities
* Coach teams and business stakeholders on Agile, Lean, and modern delivery practices.
* Facilitate the transition from traditional project‑management habits (PowerPoints, Excel, SteerCos) to Atlassian‑powered delivery models.
* Run workshops, trainings, and coaching sessions to promote consistent ways of working across squads.
* Support teams in defining ceremonies, working agreements, dashboards, and delivery metrics.
* Promote best practices for Jira, Confluence, and Xray usage across delivery, product, and business teams.
* Collaborate with the Atlassian Administrator to design templates, workflows, and governance standards.
* Support onboarding of teams into Jira (board setup, backlog creation, reporting, dashboards, metrics interpretation).
* Lead change‑management initiatives focused on transparency and automated reporting.
* Replace manual reporting with Jira dashboards, Confluence status pages, automated metrics, and Jira Plans.
* Collaborate with leadership to embed Atlassian tools into governance and portfolio‑level processes.
* Facilitate cross‑team collaboration and alignment; maintain training materials, playbooks, and documentation.
Required Experience
* Minimum 6 years of experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or similar role.
* Demonstrable experience coaching Agile teams and driving ways‑of‑working transformation.
* Strong hands‑on knowledge of Jira Software and Confluence (boards, workflows, dashboards, templates).
* Experience translating team practices into Jira configurations (workflows, dashboards, templates).
* Exposure to Xray, ScriptRunner, Advanced Roadmaps, or other Atlassian marketplace apps (highly valued).
* Experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
* Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
* Languages: English required.
