Technical Coordination: Coordinate technical workstreams (cloud engineering, identity/access, data, networking, database, ISD, platform ops) and ensure aligned delivery plans.
Operational Readiness: Drive readiness for operationalization, including runbooks, support models, SLAs/OLAs, monitoring/alerting, incident response, and knowledge transfer.
Vendor Management: Manage third-party and vendor engagements and deliverables where applicable.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (cloud engineering, security, architecture, operations) to prioritize remediation, improve control coverage, and drive operational resilience.
Compliance & Security: Ensure project deliverables meet stringent security and compliance requirements consistent with BNY policies and control frameworks.
Risk & Controls Coordination: Coordinate with Information Security, Risk, and Compliance to align on identity management, strong authentication, privileged access, logging/auditing, and privacy impact considerations.
Audit & Testing: Facilitate reviews, evidence collection, and control attestations for readiness assessments; track control gaps, remediation plans, and control-aligned testing.
Oversight & Monitoring: Establish oversight and documentation for external services supporting the environment; ensure ongoing monitoring and reporting expectations are defined.
Communication & Reporting: Provide transparent, data-driven status updates, escalations, and executive-ready communications; proactively manage cross-team dependencies and critical path items.
