Contract (6+ months, strong extension potential)

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Scrum Master to support multiple high-visibility commercial technology initiatives within a major enterprise environment.

This role will contribute to upcoming product launches and strategic transformation efforts, including brand-focused initiatives and confidential enterprise programs. The ideal candidate brings strong Agile delivery expertise, structured project governance, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex implementations.

Responsibilities:

Lead cross-functional teams across technology, product, and business functions
Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, backlog refinement)
Identify and mitigate risks while managing dependencies
Coordinate release planning, including occasional support for overnight deployments
Provide clear status updates to stakeholders and leadership
Ensure alignment between technical execution and business objectives

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of IT Project Management experience
Experience serving as both Project Manager and Scrum Master in enterprise environments
Strong Agile/Scrum methodology expertise
Proven track record leading commercial or customer-impacting initiatives
Exceptional stakeholder communication and executive-facing presence
Experience managing risk, governance, and release coordination

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in aviation, transportation, or another operationally complex industry
PMP Certification
Familiarity with enterprise IT systems and processes
