Job Title: Solutions Architect (AI and Automation)
Location: Remote (occasional travel to London required)
Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 (Depending on location)

Solutions Architect Responsibilities

Design scalable, secure, and ethical AI and data solutions using Microsoft Azure technologies.
Translate business requirements into end-to-end solution architecture across AI, machine learning, and data platforms.
Maintain architectural blueprints ensuring interoperability, resilience, governance, and regulatory compliance.
Lead architecture design reviews and provide technical leadership to delivery teams using Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
Mentor technical teams and promote responsible AI practices, including transparency, fairness, and security.

Solutions Architect Requirements

Extensive experience delivering solutions on the Microsoft Azure Data Platform (Synapse Analytics, Data Lake, Databricks, Azure ML, Power BI).
Expertise in modern data engineering approaches such as ETL/ELT pipelines, streaming, APIs, and event-driven architecture.
Experience with cloud-native architectures, microservices, and SaaS integrations.
Knowledge of data governance, information security, and AI ethics within regulated industries.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.
