ServiceNow Developer - 12 months+ - Hybrid/Paris

Location: Paris

Work Model: Hybrid – 3 days onsite in Paris, France

Duration: 6–12 months (3 year programme)

Start: ASAP

We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer with strong ITSM and CSM expertise to support an enterprise ServiceNow program with a large multinational media organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and develop ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB).
Implement and enhance CSM (Case Management, Knowledge, Portal).
Develop workflows, Flow Designer, business rules, client scripts.
Build integrations (REST/SOAP, MID Server, IntegrationHub).
Produce technical documentation and follow best practices.

Required Experience

5+ years on the ServiceNow platform.
Strong ITSM & CSM implementation experience.
Solid JavaScript (server & client-side).
Experience in Agile environments.
Fluent English (French a plus).
