Position Details

Role: Project Manager - W2-CONTRACT ROLE

Location: Harrisburg, PA (Hybrid – 2 days onsite/week required)

Duration: 9+ Months

Visa: USC / GC Only

Interview: F2F / Webcam

Candidates must currently reside in Pennsylvania. No relocation allowed.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project lifecycle (planning through implementation).
Execute approved Statement of Work (SOW) including SLAs.
Develop and manage Project Management Plan and schedule.
Oversee vendor performance and hold accountable for deliverables, especially legacy data migration to SaaS.
Manage risks/issues using RAID+ Log and mitigation strategies.
Provide weekly project updates and status reporting.
Coordinate system testing, training, and stakeholder communications.
Drive leadership decisions and maintain executive-level reporting.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of Project Management experience managing technical initiatives.
PMP Certification (minimum 5 years) – preferably through the Project Management Institute.
Strong experience managing projects with large cross-functional teams.

Highly Desired

Experience implementing SaaS solutions.
Background in Public Health, specifically Emergency Medical Services (EMS).
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical study.
