About Qured

Qured is a fast-growing health-tech company on a mission to make preventative healthcare more accessible. As we scale, we're looking for a reliable, experienced bookkeeper to join our team on a flexible, part-time basis.

The Role

This is a hands-on bookkeeping role supporting our finance function. You'll work independently, managing the day-to-day bookkeeping with minimal supervision. It's a great fit for someone who thrives in a lean, remote setup and can hit the ground running. While it's a part time role, we are looking for someone who wants to get to know the business and stay with us for the long term.

We expect the role to grow in hours over time as the business scales — so there's real opportunity here for the right person. We are also interested in hearing from candidate who would be interested and able to support in a broader junior finance capacity, though this isn't mandatory.

What You'll Be Doing

Managing day-to-day bookkeeping: invoices, expenses, reconciliations
Maintaining accurate records in Xero
Supporting month-end close processes
Liaising with the team via Slack and other cloud-based tools
Flagging any issues or discrepancies proactively
Working closely with our external accounting firm

What We're Looking For

Proven bookkeeping experience, ideally in a fast-paced or startup environment
Comfortable working independently with minimal hand-holding
Proficient in Xero (essential)
Part-qualified or fully qualified accountant (AAT, ACA, ACCA) is a plus — but not required if you have strong practical experience
UK-based, with flexible working hours
Comfortable using remote tools like Slack, Google Workspace, etc.
