Job Specifications

Switch Jam is a growing B2B marketing agency working with SaaS, software and specialist B2B companies.

We design and deliver structured marketing campaigns that combine content, paid media, outbound and automation. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a capable Digital Marketing Executive to support campaign delivery and platform execution across multiple client accounts.

This is an execution-focused role where strategy and direction are set by the Founder and senior team. Your responsibility is to ensure campaigns are deployed accurately, assets are managed properly, and projects progress on time.

The Role

You will take responsibility for the operational delivery of campaigns once strategy and creative direction have been agreed.

You will work closely with the Founder, Content & Campaign Manager, and Growth Operations Lead to ensure campaigns are set up correctly, launched on time, and maintained efficiently across platforms.

This role is suited to someone organised, practical and confident working across digital marketing tools within an agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

1) Client Onboarding & Campaign Setup

Coordinate the operational setup of new client accounts, ensuring all required access, assets and systems are in place prior to launch
Support clients in granting access to relevant advertising, analytics and CMS platforms
Liaise with internal specialists to ensure tracking, pixels and reporting infrastructure are correctly implemented
Establish structured project environments across shared drives and project management tools
Monitor onboarding progress and proactively follow up to maintain agreed timelines

2) Project Coordination

Work within the agency’s project management system to monitor deadlines and task progression
Ensure stakeholders are aligned ahead of campaign launches
Proactively flag risks or delays to maintain delivery standards

3) Competitor & Campaign Audit Support

Conduct structured research into competitor campaigns
Capture relevant examples and organise findings
Populate predefined audit templates and presentation decks
Support preparation for new business meetings

4) Creative & Asset Deployment

Adapt and format creative assets for use across different platforms
Resize and prepare ad variations using provided templates
Support light video editing and captioning where required
Maintain consistency across presentation materials and client-facing decks

5) CMS & Content Publishing

Upload and format blog content and landing pages across CMS platforms
Ensure content is published accurately and categorised correctly
Maintain basic on-page structure and formatting standards
Support in-house content updates and publishing schedules

6) Campaign Execution & Paid Media Support

Build and deploy campaigns within Meta and LinkedIn Ads Manager under agreed direction
Upload approved creatives and copy accurately across platforms
Set up and maintain audience structures, including retargeting where required
Implement approved test variations and manage campaign housekeeping
Ensure campaigns follow naming conventions, tracking standards and organisational best practice

This role supports paid media execution but does not carry responsibility for overall strategy or budget ownership.

7) Reporting & Performance Administration

Prepare monthly performance reports using agreed templates
Collate and organise platform data for review
Distribute reports to clients as required
Support performance summaries under direction

Skills & Experience

Essential

2–5 years’ experience in digital marketing, ideally within an agency
Experience using Meta Ads Manager and/or LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Confident using Canva or similar design tools
Experience publishing content via CMS platforms
Strong written and spoken UK English
Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Desirable

Agency-side experience
Familiarity with GA4 and basic tracking concepts
Exposure to B2B marketing environments
Basic video editing capability

What We’re Looking For

Practical and detail-oriented
Calm under pressure
Confident working across multiple platforms
Proactive in maintaining momentum
Comfortable working within structured direction
Keen to develop within a growing agency

What Success Looks Like

Campaigns are deployed accurately and on time
Onboarding runs smoothly
Reporting is consistent and reliable
Deadlines are met without constant intervention
Platform administration and delivery tasks are removed from senior team members

Working Structure

Reporting to Switch Jam Founder
Opportunity to grow with the agency as it expands
