We are currently hiring Senior / Lead Business Analysts for an exciting opportunity with our client in U.K., supporting a large-scale enterprise transformation programme. This role is ideal for experienced Business Analysts with strong Telecom domain expertise and proven leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead business analysis activities across complex enterprise transformation initiatives
Work closely with senior stakeholders to define business needs and strategic solutions
Drive requirement gathering, analysis, documentation, and validation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across business and technology
Support delivery across Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Provide leadership and mentorship to BA teams where required

Skills Required

15+ years of Business Analysis experience
Proven team leadership or Lead BA experience
Strong BSS/OSS or Telecom domain experience (Mandatory)
Exposure to enterprise transformation programmes
Experience working in both Agile & Waterfall environments
Excellent senior stakeholder engagement and communication skills
