Employment Eligibility Statement

Note: Experience in handling retail or e-commerce clients is a must.
Job Description
Minimum 5-6 years of experience working with retail or ecommerce customers (must have knowledge about retail search engine ) as a business analyst or product analyst
Knowledge of Agile practices and strong story writing is must
Experience in writing, prioritizing and grooming User stories is must
Strong understanding of business processes, systems analysis, and requirements gathering.
Experience working with JIRA, confluence is must or similar.
Experience of writing story in Gherkin format is must
Experience on Analytics will be an additional advantage.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure requirements are accurately captured and implemented.
Excellent end to end understanding of SDLC methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Hybrid, Incremental Application Development.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and pain points.
Conduct detailed requirements analysis, documenting functional and non-functional specifications.
Help train end-users and provide ongoing support during and after project deployment.
Should be comfortable working in 8 am 5 pm central time slot
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on business process optimization.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
Ability to collaborate effectively across functional teams.
A proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
