Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong backend and capital markets expertise to join a front-office technology team supporting Equity Derivatives (Options focus).

This role sits at the intersection of trading workflows, risk systems, and modern AI-driven platform enhancements. The ideal candidate will contribute to high-performance systems used in live trading environments.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using C# (.NET) and/or Python
Build and enhance frontend components using Java
Work with in-memory data grid technologies (Apache Ignite) to support low-latency trading systems
Contribute to system architecture, performance optimization, and distributed design
Collaborate with traders, quants, and risk teams to implement trading workflows
Participate in code reviews, production support, and incident resolution
Integrate AI/LLM capabilities into trading or analytics workflows
Technical RequirementsBackend
Strong hands-on experience in:
7+ years of exp in C# / .NET Core
Python
Experience designing distributed and high-performance systems
Strong understanding of multithreading and concurrency
Frontend
Experience building enterprise applications using Java
Data & Infrastructure
Hands-on experience with Apache Ignite or similar in-memory data grid technologies
Experience working with real-time / low-latency systems is highly preferred
Dealbreaker Requirement

Strong familiarity with AI technologies, specifically Large Language Models (LLMs)

Experience integrating LLMs into applications
Understanding of prompt engineering, embeddings, or AI-driven automation
Exposure to OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or similar frameworks is a plus
Business Domain Expertise (Mandatory)

Strong knowledge of Capital Markets

Hands-on experience in Equity Derivatives (Options focus required)

Understanding of pricing, risk, and trading workflows

Flexibility
