Are you analytical, detail-oriented, and interested in seeing how financial strategy supports real business decisions? We are seeking a Finance Intern to support our Financial Analysis and Reporting team. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain exposure to budgeting, reporting, process improvement, and profitability analysis within a growing financial institution.

This is a 20-hour per week, in-office internship opportunity that runs through July 31st, 2026 and offers $15 per hour in compensation. We also offer flexible schedules to accommodate your school schedule, as well!

Your Role In Our Mission

Assist Finance in identifying and improving efficiencies in the scorecard update process
Support the preparation and distribution of financial reports to management
Partner with the Financial Reporting Analyst and VP, Financial Analysis during the annual budget process
Help analyze opportunities for operational and financial efficiencies
Contribute to finance-related projects, including analysis of profitability by centers and products

What Makes You a Great Fit

Current college student pursuing Finance, Accounting, or related field
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis preferred)
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
