Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst

Location: London (Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite per week)

Contract: 6-Month Fixed Term Contract (FTC) – Likely to Become Permanent

Our leading real estate client is seeking a talented BI Analyst to join our team on an initial six-month fixed-term contract, with a strong likelihood of transitioning into a permanent role.

In this position, you will work with financial and operational data sets to deliver meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau
Write, optimise, and maintain complex SQL queries
Work with and manage data within Snowflake
Analyse financial and operational performance data to identify trends and opportunities
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable reporting solutions
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and governance standards are upheld

The client needs someone who is available at short notice, 2 weeks maximum.
