Senior Programme Test Manager required to lead testing for a Finance & Actuarial transformation programme within a regulated insurance environment.

This is a long-term freelance contract with a hybrid working model requiring 3 days per week attendance on site in Liverpool and flexible market rates on offer.

Key Responsibilities
Define and lead the Programme Test Strategy across multiple releases
Manage integration, data validation, UAT, regression and OAT across finance and policy systems
Oversee testing across actuarial, financial reporting, and regulatory workstreams
Ensure compliance with financial controls and regulatory standards
Lead go-live readiness, cutover planning and post-implementation validation
Manage senior stakeholders across Finance, Actuarial, Regulatory and IT Required Experience
Proven experience in QA/Quality Engineering
Previously delivered end-to-end project as Programme Test Management on strategic transformation initiatives
Proven experience delivering Finance & Actuarial programmes (eg IFRS17 or similar)
Strong knowledge of insurance data, claims processing and financial reporting systems
Experience operating within highly regulated environments
