The Role

Join our client’s team as a Product Owner/Analyst, supporting vital platforms like M365 and Box to empower our home office workforce of over 10,000 users. This hybrid role offers a chance to work closely with cross-functional teams, shape product roadmaps, and deliver secure, user-centric solutions that truly transform the way our organization works.
What You Bring To The Table
At least 3 years of hands-on experience supporting M365 (Teams, Office, AI) and Box platforms
Over 1 year of experience as a Product Owner or Analyst, with a solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Jira, Confluence)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively translate business needs into clear requirements
Ability to learn new technologies quickly and explain complex features to clients and team members
A confident, proactive personality with a “get it done” attitude, capable of managing priorities and driving adoption
Nice To Have Skills
Proven proficiency in Box platform and Microsoft product suite
Experience working in a compliance-sensitive environment
Knowledge of change management and user adoption strategies
Certifications related to product management or project management
Preferred Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or an equivalent field
Experience working in an Agile environment, supporting enterprise SaaS solutions
Other Requirements
This role requires on-site presence a minimum of three days a week in Fort Mill, SC
A strong, client-facing approach with the ability to handle escalations and foster user engagement
