Help Shape the Future of Personalised Medicine

At PCCA UK, we believe that every patient deserves medicines tailored to their individual needs. As part of the global PCCA network, we support pharmacists, prescribers, and healthcare professionals with the knowledge, products, and services they need to deliver personalised medicines that improve patient outcomes.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead and deliver our marketing activity across the UK. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, proactive marketer who enjoys both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You’ll play a central role in shaping how we communicate our value to the market, strengthen our brand, and support the growth of personalised medicine in the UK.

Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you’ll have real ownership of our marketing function, helping us tell our story, engage our community, and deliver impactful campaigns across digital, print, and events.

The Role

As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning and delivering marketing activity that supports our three-year business strategy. This includes content creation, digital marketing, events, brand management, and working with agencies and suppliers to bring campaigns to life.

You will also play an important role in ensuring our marketing remains aligned with the needs of our customers and the wider healthcare landscape.

Ensure messaging clearly communicates PCCA UK’s mission and value to healthcare professionals.

Brand Management

Maintain brand consistency across all communications and materials.

Manage marketing assets, approvals, and version control.

Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Events & Community Engagement

Plan and deliver conferences, exhibitions, and customer events from concept through to execution.

Support PCCA UK’s presence at industry events to strengthen relationships with pharmacists, prescribers, and healthcare partners.

Collaboration & Supplier Management

Work closely with internal teams to understand business priorities and translate them into marketing activity.

Manage relationships with external agencies, designers, and suppliers to deliver high-quality marketing output.

Market Insight & Reporting

Monitor industry trends and competitor activity within healthcare and life sciences.

Provide insight to support decision-making and future marketing strategy.

What Success Looks Like

Within your first year, you will have:

Established a clear and consistent marketing presence for PCCA UK across key channels.

Delivered successful marketing campaigns and events that engage our community.

Built strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.

Provided valuable insights and reporting that help guide future marketing decisions.

Experience
