Privacy Manager - ISS

Location: UK – Flexible (Hybrid working from any ISS corporate office)

We are now looking for an experienced Privacy Manager to join our Risk & Compliance team, playing a key role in ensuring strong data protection practices across a complex, multi-site operational environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a privacy professional who enjoys working closely with operations and leadership teams, helping embed practical data protection solutions across a large and diverse organisation.

What you’ll be doing

Leading data protection compliance across the UK business, ensuring alignment with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Acting as a trusted adviser to operational leaders, providing practical guidance on handling personal data across sites and service lines.
Managing privacy risk activities, including DPIAs, supplier risk assessments and internal assurance reviews.
Overseeing data incidents and data subject rights requests, ensuring compliant investigation and response.
Embedding privacy by design into systems, building technologies and digital initiatives.
Promoting a strong privacy culture through training, guidance and awareness programmes.

What we’re looking for

Strong experience in data protection, privacy or compliance roles.
Excellent knowledge of UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018 and ICO guidance.
Experience managing DSARs, DPIAs and data incidents.
Ability to translate complex regulation into practical operational guidance.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to work across a large, multi-site organisation.
