Spring Boot Developer (Java Developer)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Spring Boot Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate ORM, along with experience building modern microservices-based backend systems. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver efficient, high-quality technical solutions.

The key responsibilities include maintaining and enhancing existing applications using Spring Boot and Hibernate, troubleshooting issues, and resolving production defects to ensure optimal system performance. The developer will design and build RESTful APIs and microservices, integrate messaging systems such as Apache Kafka, and work with databases including MongoDB.

The role also involves implementing reactive programming approaches, supporting client requests, managing issue resolution, and ensuring timely delivery of project tasks. In addition, the candidate will collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather technical requirements, maintain documentation aligned with project standards, and provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers while promoting best development practices.
