About InfoTrack

InfoTrack is a platform that seamlessly connects law firms to the courts and to the services that they need to litigate successfully. We're global leaders in legal technology with unparalleled expertise in forging integrations that can drastically improve the efficiency of law firms and the legal system.

As a highly ambitious company, we know that our people are critical to our success. That's why we're passionate about fostering a high-performance culture built on professional development, open communication, and transparent leadership. If you're smart, dedicated, and eager to help build a market-leading solution that makes a difference in the lives of our clients, join us.

About The Role

As a Front-End Developer, you'll own the user experience, crafting seamless, beautiful, and efficient interfaces that our clients rely on daily. Your role involves more than just coding; you'll refine features, write clean and scalable code, collaborate with fellow developers, and ensure that every deployment meets the highest standards for performance and usability.

You approach challenges with creativity, balancing trade-offs, considering ROI, and keeping a sharp focus on the details that elevate a product. Your passion for coding shines through in everything you do.

We're looking for a team player who thrives in a collaborative, dynamic, and fun environment. You'll not only support your teammates when they face roadblocks but can count on their support in return. If you're excited about building great products in an energizing team atmosphere, we'd love to have you onboard.

This is a hybrid role based out of our office in New York City 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

Build and ship high-quality, well-structured code that's easy to read, maintain, and improve. We
release daily so your work will reach users quickly.
Collaborate with front-end and back-end developers to tackle complex problems and make smart,
practical decisions.
Help shape how we deliver code, not just what we deliver. While we don't have scrum masters,
we care about improving our processes (and removing red tape wherever possible), and you
should too.
Provide thoughtful code reviews that help your teammates grow and keep our codebase clean
and maintainable.
Work with real client needs in mind. We'll give you as much context as possible, and you'll be
expected to think critically about solutions, tradeoffs, and ROI.
Stay plugged into the broader development community, keeping an eye on emerging tools,
paradigms, and framework updates that could help us improve how we work

Requirements

4+ years of experience in front-end development
Knowledge and Skills
Programming Languages and Frameworks:
Proficient in TypeScript and JavaScript, with expertise in React.js.
Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and ES6+ JavaScript.
Development Practices:

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working within an agile development environment.

Excellent problem-solving skills
Detail oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality, maintainable code.
