Here’s everything you need to know:

Salary: £85,000 – £100,000 per annum + stocks

Industry/Type of business: Media/Entertainment

Work location: Hybrid – 3 days on-site in their London office

Interview process: Technical Screening → F2F Coding Interviews (2 hours) → Offer

Reporting to: VP of Technology

Company size: 100 employees

Working on: You’ll design and build scalable, high quality backend systems for a purpose driven digital platform. You’ll translate ideas and requirements into well architected features, selecting the right technologies for different use cases while balancing technical excellence with delivering customer value.

We’d love to hear from you if:

You have 5+ years of backend or full stack engineering experience, ideally at high growth start ups and scale ups
You’ve worked with TypeScript and AWS, including services such as Lambda, DynamoDB, and API Gateway (or similar serverless technologies)
You’ve delivered large features or systems end-to-end, from initial design through to launch and support
You care about clean abstractions, code quality, and performance
You enjoy collaborating with product, design, and non-technical stakeholders to deliver great user experiences
You can be on-site in central London at least 3 days per week
