Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Head of Managed Services (MSSP). The Head of Managed Services will oversee the delivery of managed services to clients, ensuring high quality and client satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and refining IT service management processes, leading a team of service delivery specialists, and ensuring seamless infrastructure performance and security. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize services, address client needs, and align operations with business objectives.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Service Delivery and IT Service Management for managing and optimizing client engagements effectively
Proven experience with Managed Services, including planning, execution, and tactical management
Exceptional skills in Team Leadership, with the ability to build, inspire, and guide high-performing teams
Comprehensive knowledge of Infrastructure management and security best practices
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients and stakeholders effectively
Strategic thinking and solution-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field; advanced certifications are a plus
Experience in cybersecurity or working for a Managed Security Service Provider is an advantage
