We're hiring a high-ownership Business Operations individual contributor to help define how our company scales in the AI era.

We're a Series A B2B marketplace building native AI workflows backed by top-tier investors, building something ambitious from the ground up. As we grow, complexity increases. This role will help design the operating systems that allow the company to scale intelligently, with leverage. You will partner with the Head of Operations.

This is not a support role. It's a builder role.

What you'll do

Bring structure to messy, high-impact areas across the business
Define and own core business metrics and analytics
Translate data into insights that directly influence decisions
Lead execution for new verticals and expansion initiatives
Act as the connective tissue across Product, GTM, and Finance
Identify recurring manual processes and redesign them using automation and AI
Prototype and implement AI-enabled workflows that reduce friction and increase organizational capacity
Build a Business Operations function that is lean, automated, and built for scale

What we're looking for

4–8 years of experience in BizOps, analytics, strategy, or a strong operator role
Strong SQL skills and comfort working with imperfect data
Comfort defining metrics and connecting analysis to business outcomes
High ownership mentality with a bias toward action
Strong opinions, held lightly
Low ego, collaborative, and motivated by impact over hierarchy
Hands-on curiosity with AI tools, agents, and automation workflows
Excited about using AI to increase leverage, not just productivity

Working style

This role is not for everyone. It's designed for someone energized by ambiguity, comfortable operating without clear playbooks, and motivated to build systems that scale over time. We move with urgency and intention. Building something durable is a marathon, not a sprint — success comes from sustained ownership and consistent forward progress.
