Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and deploy software solutions to support architectural design and project management workflows.
Integrate applications with industry-standard tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar platforms through APIs.
Work collaboratively with architects, planners, and technical staff to gather requirements and deliver practical digital solutions.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for performance and reliability.
Maintain and document existing codebases to ensure long-term usability and scalability.
Participate in regular code reviews and adopt best software engineering practices.
Stay informed of emerging technologies relevant to architecture and planning and suggest process improvements.

Must-Have Skills:

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or JavaScript.
Experience developing or integrating with APIs, particularly for architecture tools like AutoCAD or Revit.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities supporting complex workflows.
Familiarity with databases and querying languages (e.g., SQL).
Effective remote collaboration and communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Exposure to Building Information Modeling (BIM) software or related domain knowledge.
Experience with cloud-based development or web applications.
Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
Understanding of architecture/planning project lifecycles.
Ability to automate workflows and integrate multiple platforms.
