Hourly Pay Rate (w2 Role) - $60 -$74.07

6 months on W2

Job Description

What You Will Do

We are seeking a Full Stack C# Senior Developer with experience developing large‑scale software for server and embedded platforms. In this role, you will contribute to defining and delivering the next generation of building control products that help customers manage comfort, energy usage, and security in commercial environments.

You will be primarily responsible for developing backend components for web applications running in containerized environments on both Windows and Linux.

How You Will Do It

You will work under general direction as part of a professional engineering team, performing activities across the full software development lifecycle, including:

Implementing, testing, troubleshooting, and enhancing software applications for large building automation systems
Applying strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, inter-/intra-process communication, multithreading, and databases
Collaborating within an Agile development team
Participating in software code reviews and documentation reviews
Stepping in wherever needed to resolve blockers and mentoring junior team members
Quickly learning new technologies and working effectively across the full stack

What We Look For

Required Qualifications

4+ years of professional software development experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
Strong experience in C# and the .NET framework
Strong experience with Docker containerization on Linux
Strong experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server (stored procedures, data modeling, transactional flows)
Experience with PostgreSQL
Experience developing applications using microservices architecture and containers
Experience working on Agile projects
Experience using Git, GitHub, JIRA, and Jenkins CI
Strong collaboration and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience creating Windows installers using the WiX toolset
Experience building CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins
