Cleveland, OH (Hybrid 3 days/week)

Job Summary:

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking an Oracle CDM Functional Consultant on behalf of our client in Cleveland, OH. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle Customer Data Management implementations, including Analysis, Design, and Development phases. This role requires a strong functional understanding of customer master data, data governance, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead functional analysis and design for Customer Data Management (CDM) initiatives.
Develop and finalize Master Data strategies by analyzing customer data from multiple sources.
Perform extraction, transformation, and migration of customer data to CRM systems.
Configure and validate prototypes in development environments.
Document business processes using Visio and collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements.
Whiteboard solution approaches and functional designs with business and IT teams.
Recommend improvements and changes to existing processes and implementations.
Support upstream sales and downstream order orchestration processes leveraging supply chain capabilities.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 3+ years of Oracle CDM experience with at least one full project implementation.
Strong understanding of customer data objects including accounts, contacts, prospects, relationships, and hierarchies.
Experience with Oracle 11i, R12, or other CRM systems is a plus.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Hands-on experience with data governance and master data management best practices.
Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
