Glean AI Agent Developer/Engineer

Remote work

Duration: 12 Months+

We’re looking for developers who can build AI agents across Glean and Slack . Specifically, we need folks who can take enterprise workflows (IT, HR, MFG, Supply Chain, etc.) and turn them into operational agents using LLMs, RAG, and API integrations. Strong in UX/UI Position.

Core skills needed:

Glean AI Agent Developer: Core Focus

Building Glean agents (conversational flows, task automation, RAG patterns, tool calling) is MUST.
Building Slack agents using Bolt, workflows, functions, events, and API integrations
Strong Python/Node/TS engineering background
Experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalent)
Ability to create a reusable agent boilerplate for multi-step reasoning
Integrating with enterprise systems (Workday, Jira, Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc.)
Understanding of security, governance, and logging requirements at enterprise scale
