Founding Full-Stack Engineer (TypeScript) - Fast-Growing Start-Up - London

We’re looking for a Founding Engineer to help build an AI-driven product from the ground up.

This isn’t a role where you’ll be handed tickets. You’ll be working directly with the founders to design, build, and ship the core product, making key technical decisions along the way.

If you enjoy moving quickly, solving ambiguous problems, and owning what you build, you’ll fit right in.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for building and shipping product across the stack using TypeScript, while helping integrate modern AI capabilities into the platform.

You’ll work on things like:

Building product features end-to-end across frontend and backend
Designing scalable APIs and backend systems
Integrating LLMs and AI services into real product workflows
Shipping quickly and iterating based on real user feedback
Making technical architecture decisions as the product evolves
Helping shape engineering culture and best practices

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of software engineering experience
Strong experience with TypeScript
Experience building full-stack applications
Experience working with AI / LLM APIs or AI-powered features
Excited to work in early-stage startup environments
Someone who enjoys building and shipping, not just designing systems
Ability to own problems end-to-end
