Position Summary:
The Manager, CRM and Application Support is a hands-on leadership role responsible for the administration, support, optimization, and ongoing development of the company’s CRM platform and related business applications. This working manager leads application support efforts while actively configuring systems, building automations, managing integrations, and driving continuous improvement across the application ecosystem.

This role owns the CRM platform (HubSpot) and supports additional business systems including learning management, Monday.com, and various workflow automation platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Own administration, configuration, and optimization of the company’s CRM platform in support of the marketing and sales teams.
Lead evaluation, planning, and execution of CRM enhancements or platform transitions.
Manage and support additional business systems (e.g., Monday.com, Litmos LMS, Zapier, N8N, and other current and future platforms).
Design and implement workflows, automations, and integrations between systems.
Serve as escalation point for application support issues and ensure timely resolution.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Leadership to improve process efficiency through system enhancements.
Establish governance, data integrity standards, user permissions, and documentation. Recommend best practices for CRM implementation.
Manage and mentor support or application specialists as needed.

Qualifications:

8-12 years of experience (or more) including at least 2 years’ in a leadership role.
Strong experience administering larger HubSpot or Salesforce CRM systems, including customizations.
Experience configuring CRM objects, workflows, automations, and reporting.
Familiarity with integration and automation tools such as Zapier, N8N, or similar platforms.
Experience supporting SaaS business applications across multiple departments.
Strong understanding of CRM data models, user security, and system governance.
Prior leadership or team management experience preferred.
Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.

Physical Requirements:

This is primarily a sedentary position. Requires the ability to hear, type and talk. Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard. The primary work location is a corporate office with low to moderate noise levels. Appropriate business apparel and professional appearance is expected.
