Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesforce Data and Quality Analyst, located in Richmond, VA. The analyst will be responsible for maintaining and improving the quality of Salesforce data, analyzing data for trends and insights, and creating detailed reports and resolving support tickets. Additional responsibilities include building data models, implementing data governance best practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve business processes.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret data and identify trends
Proficiency in Data Analytics and Statistics
Knowledge and experience with Data Modeling
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for collaboration and reporting
Experience with Salesforce and familiarity with data governance practices
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Previous experience in the legal or consulting industry is a plus
