REQUIRED SKILLS

In order of importance:

· 6+ years of overall IT experience supporting enterprise systems

· 3+ years of hands-on AWS experience in development and/or administration

· 3+ years of experience with AWS core services (EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, and Lambda)

· 3+ years of experience with Amazon Connect and/or contact center technologies

· 3+ years of experience integrating APIs, serverless functions, and cloud-native services

· 3+ years of experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation

· 3+ years of experience with security best practices, logging, and monitoring in AWS

· 3+ years of scripting experience (Python, Bash, or equivalent)

PREFERRED SKILLS

In order of importance:

· Experience with AI/ML integrations and prompt engineering

· Experience with hybrid cloud or third-party integrations

· Cost optimization and FinOps experience

· Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud Services and Hybrid Cloud Architectures

REQUIRED EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:

AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional OR AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional

PREFERRED EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:

Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect (AZ-305)

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to mentor junior engineers
