Herdsman / Breeder position - Michigan

$70,000 - $85,000

Job Description

A large dairy operation located in Michigan is searching for Herdsman / Breeder for their facility. This position is responsible for reproduction including heat monitoring, repro shots, and sync work. Will also assist with sorting cows and help diagnose and treat sick cows. May also help with feeding. Dairy uses Dairy Comp 305. Depending on dairy experience, this individual may be put into a supervisory position.

Qualifications

MUST HAVE CURRENT DAIRY EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION

Strong Dairy experience
Herd health experience
Reproduction experience
Computer experience
Feed / Nutrition experience
