Job Specifications

Position: Financial Institutions Modeling Specialist

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $100–$200/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

Seed, organize, and label unstructured datasets derived from real-world financial artifacts and spreadsheets.
Collaborate with teams to design open-ended data flows that support AI learning and financial problem-solving.
Guide AI models to reconstruct, normalize, and extend partially structured financial data.
Apply finance domain expertise to interpret incomplete financial models and messy datasets.
Provide clear written and verbal feedback to help improve AI model performance and data interpretation.
Adapt workflows and data structures iteratively as project requirements evolve.
Maintain high attention to detail while working in a fast-paced, experimental data environment.

Requirements

Strong background or familiarity with financial institutions, banking, or finance-related domains.
Experience working with unstructured or messy financial data in spreadsheet formats.
Ability to interpret and extend partially completed financial artifacts and models.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable working independently in remote, globally distributed teams.
Adaptability in dynamic project environments with evolving processes.
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
