Senior Marketing Technology Manager

Location: Cleveland, OH

A leading global professional services firm is seeking a Senior Marketing Technology Manager to help lead the evolution of its marketing technology and data ecosystem across a global organization.

This role will play a key part in shaping how the organization captures, manages, and leverages client and relationship data to drive growth.

One of the first major priorities for this role will be leading the implementation and rollout of Salesforce CRM, which will become the firm’s central platform for client intelligence and relationship management. Beyond the rollout, this leader will help guide the long-term strategy, integration, and optimization of the firm’s marketing technology environment.

This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who enjoys leading complex initiatives, working across departments, and helping organizations unlock value from their technology and data.

About this Role

Help lead the implementation and adoption of Salesforce CRM across a global organization
Play a key role in shaping the firm’s long-term marketing technology strategy
Work closely with business development leadership, IT teams, and senior stakeholders
Drive the integration and evolution of multiple business development and marketing technology platforms
Join a multi-year transformation initiative impacting how the firm uses data to support client growth

Key Responsibilities

Lead the implementation, adoption, and long-term optimization of Salesforce CRM
Serve as a key leader in managing the firm’s marketing technology ecosystem
Work across business development, marketing, finance, and IT to ensure alignment of systems and data
Drive user adoption and change management across a large professional services organization
Oversee integrations between CRM and other platforms used for relationship intelligence, experience management, and communications
Help guide marketing technology strategy and digital transformation initiatives
Ensure the firm’s data environment supports business development reporting, insights, and decision-making

Experience Requirements

Experience working with Salesforce CRM, including involvement in implementation or major enhancement projects
Experience in marketing technology or CRM leadership within a large organization
Experience helping lead enterprise CRM or marketing technology implementations
Strong understanding of marketing technology ecosystems and enterprise data environments
Experience working cross-functionally with IT, marketing, and business leadership
Ability to drive technology adoption and change within complex organizations
Strong communication skills and executive presence
Excellent project leadership and organizational skills
