Continuous Improvement & Project Execution

Demonstrate strong continuous improvement capability with hands‑on project experience.
Manage up to five (5) concurrent projects, including:
Lab space planning and optimization
5S and visual management implementation

Build strong cross‑functional relationships to drive execution.
Facilitate workshops, walkthroughs, and problem‑solving sessions.
Think creatively to develop practical, real‑world solutions tailored to a lab environment.

Required Qualifications

3+ years of relevant industrial engineering experience.
