Job Title: Senior Epic Certified BI Developer

Eligible Visa: US Citizen and GC Holder

Tax Term: Only W2, No C2C

Location: Remote

Duration: 12+ Months (Extension Possible)

PR: $85-90/hour on W2

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Epic BI Developer to support a major Epic go-live project. This role will focus on building advanced reporting, dashboards, and analytics solutions using Epic reporting tools along with Power BI or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Epic reporting and analytics solutions

• Create report templates and dashboards using Epic reporting tools

• Build Radar dashboards and SlicerDicer analytics models

• Develop SQL metrics and support data backfills

• Collaborate with business teams to translate reporting requirements

• Build advanced dashboards using Power BI or Tableau

• Apply data visualization best practices and data storytelling techniques

• Implement data security and permissions frameworks

Required Qualifications

• Epic Clarity Certification (Clinical or Revenue Cycle)

• Strong Epic reporting experience

• Experience with Power BI or Tableau

• Experience building dashboards and reporting solutions

• Experience working with healthcare data environments

Preferred

• Experience supporting Epic go-live projects

• Experience designing enterprise analytics dashboards
