A fast-growing SaaS company is expanding its UK commercial team and is looking for a Sales Executive based in Glasgow to help drive the next phase of growth.

The Role

As a Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for driving new business across the UK market, working with a modern SaaS platform that helps organisations streamline operations and improve performance.

You will manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting through to closing deals — while working closely with marketing and leadership to expand the company’s footprint.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities across target markets
Manage the full SaaS sales cycle from initial outreach to contract close
Deliver compelling product demonstrations and value-based sales presentations
Build relationships with decision-makers and senior stakeholders
Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting using CRM tools
Collaborate with marketing and leadership on growth strategies
Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets

What We’re Looking For

2–5+ years experience in B2B SaaS sales or tech sales
Proven track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets
Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
Experience managing a full sales cycle
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling company
Based in or able to commute to Glasgow
