I am hiring for People Analytics Operations Specialist / Engagement Survey - Microsoft Viva Glint

Location: London - Hybrid / 2-3 days Per week in Office

Hands-on experience configuring Glint survey programs, dashboards, and run-rules.
Strong understanding of organizational hierarchies, people data structures, and segmentation logic.
Knowledge of survey methodology, engagement drivers, and action-planning frameworks.
Experience with reporting or analytics tools (e.g., Power BI or HR data platforms) is preferred.
Understanding of confidentiality rules, compliance standards, and access management.
Experience managing structured workflows, approvals, and documentation.
Strong collaboration skills with HR, leaders, IT, and analytics teams.
Ability to guide managers and stakeholders in using engagement insights effectively.
Experience supporting change management and user enablement initiatives.
