Job Specifications

Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills, particularly in OT environments
Experience coordinating initiatives and projects across IT, OT, and cybersecurity teams
Hands‑on experience with system testing, including integration and regression testing
Experience supporting customers and resolving production or operational issues
Ability to develop training materials such as presentations, guides, job aids, and walkthroughs
Experience working within Agile delivery methodologies
Familiarity with ITIL processes and work management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Change Gear)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint and Visio
Strong PowerPoint presentation skills
