Software Solutions Engineer

Location: London (Hybrid)

Salary: £60,000–£85,000 base + Uncapped OTE

Lumora Solutions is partnered with a high-growth, VC-backed SaaS company that has developed an AI-augmented performance platform.

With strong product–market fit and increasing demand, the company is expanding its commercial team and hiring three Software Solutions Engineers to support new business growth across mid-market and enterprise customers.

This role is ideal for individuals with a software engineering background who are looking to move into a more customer-facing, commercially focused position.

The Role:

Partnering with sales throughout the pre-sales lifecycle, from technical discovery to solution design and deal close.
Engaging CTOs, Heads of Engineering, and Delivery Leaders globally to understand technical environments and challenges.
Designing and presenting tailored demos that align the platform with customer goals.
Collaborating with sales, product, and customer teams to ensure solutions meet needs and deliver long-term value.

What we are looking for:

Strong software engineering or technical background, looking to transition into solutions-focused sales.
2–4 years of experience in SaaS or technical environments, ideally with exposure to pre-sales or solution consulting.
Skilled at understanding complex technical environments and translating them into customer-focused solutions.
Driven, proactive, and excited to work in a fast-paced, growth-focused commercial team.
