About the job

Simmons & Hanbury have been instructed by an international non-profit think tank on a senior counsel hire into their top tier legal team in London. This opportunity is with a very high performing business that have contributed to a variety of high profile developments on a global basis.

Key responsibilities

Advise on a variety of legal matter covering commercial, employment, AI and compliance for the EMEA regions.
Experience dealing with grant and funding agreements.
Manage external counsel with regards to corporate matters.

Experience requirements

Qualified lawyer with 6+ years’ post-qualification experience.
Strong commercial expertise, ideally gained in a leading law firm.
Experience managing paralegal or junior legal counsel
